Prior to selecting the individual team members for your new entrepreneurial pursuit, you should have drafted a preliminary business plan in which you describe in detail the vision you have for your new business. This vision must detail what you want to accomplish, why you want to do it, how you plan on making it happen, and when the rewards will be shared. Your team will support you and help drive your business forward, provided you have chosen the right members of the team. Guidelines for new teampreneurs: Must commit to team vision. Must demonstrate needed talents, Must be intelligent, Must follow directions, Must believe in the vision, Must be person of action, Must be trustworthy, and Must be creative!!!
